Driver pays off parking fine with 29 cheques
A driver fined £100 for parking in a disabled bay at Castlepoint shopping park near Bournemouth paid her fine with 29 cheques of around £1 and £2. As the woman paid the fine within 10 days, it was reduced to £60.
