Let’s not treat Dudley’s parking standards as a template

I was interested in the article reporting that in Dudley, West Midlands, the commissioned consultants had found no evidence of a relationship between public transport access and car ownership (‘No link between car ownership and access found in West Mids towns’). These results were specific to Dudley, but there is significant international evidence on the same topic.
