Approved Operator Scheme statement on Protection of Freedoms Bill
The Protection of Freedoms Bill has been slightly delayed in Parliament in the period leading up to the summer recess, mainly due to clauses unrelated to the parking sector.
At the moment it looks like the Bill will clear the Commons during September after the Reports Stage is completed, however there could be some amendments made to it at this point. It will then move into the Lords which would give us a further chance to table amendments. We are continuing to lobby on aspects of the clamping...
