NCP refit gives Burnley youths valuable work experience
The interior of NCP’s Millennium Street car park in Burnley, Lancashire, has been refurbished by a local employment project. The initiative, organised and run by Accent Regeneration and Community Partnerships (ARCP), is an “In Training” scheme which assists people on job seekers allowance to access work placements and training courses to help them find employment.
