Islington car club victory
Peter Hazzard, Islington parking projects manager, Mark Raisbeck, Project Centre managing director and Nathan Kaczmarski, Islington’s principal plannerProject Centre and Islington Council won a Gold Award at the Green Apple awards for their work introducing what is now the most successful car club in Europe. The Green Apple awards, which were presented at the House of Commons, promote environmental best practice.
The judges recognised the contribution that Islington’s car club has made to reducing carbon emissions.
