NSL patrols Westminster streets on bikes
NSL Services Group and Westminster City Council have introduced six cycles into their on-street parking operation. The cycles provide an environmentally-friendly alternative method of transportation for civil enforcement officers (CEOs) to move around the city, and extend the range of areas covered by the normal beats.
