TfL pledges to treat drivers more fairly
Time limit for loading and unloading extended from five to 20 minutes
Transport for London (TfL) is set to soften its approach to traffic enforcement as part of its ‘Fair deal to drivers’ programme. TfL said that enforcement has achieved high levels of compliance, but recognises this has been at the expense of a “high fixed cost base” and growing resentment from drivers.
