Union highlights station parking price ‘scandal’
Rail passengers are being “ripped off” by rail operators charging more than £1bn a year to park at station car parks, according to a trade union survey. The report for the Transport Salaried Staffs Association (TSSA), which surveyed costs at more than 1,000 car parks in England and Scotland, describes the situation as a “scandal”.
