Free bikes for permits offer in Lambeth
Motorists in Lambeth are being offered incentives to give up their parking permits, including a free bike or membership of a car club in the south London borough.
The pilot scheme is designed to reduce non-essential car use by giving up their cars and is aimed at cutting carbon emissions and congestion.
