'Toolkit" offers planning advice
A ‘Retail Toolkit’ that offers businesses step-by-step instructions on how to influence local planners, including how councils tackle the lack of parking in town centres has been published by the British Retail Consortium (BRC).
The Retail Toolkit for Improving Town Centre Accessibility will be distributed to tens of thousands of small retailers and local authorities across England and Wales.
