Canterbury is ‘safest’ town

Canterbury is the safest city in the country to park, according to the British Parking Association. Of the 58 car parks run by Canterbury City Council, 49 have Park Mark awards.

Almost all the district’s pay & display car parks, the three park & ride sites, residents’ car parks, Kingsmead coach park and Tower car park have received Park Mark accreditation, administered by the BPA.
