Florida operator brings in YouTube information videos to help new users
The Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) in Florida, USA, has unveiled a new informational video series called ‘Bus Buzz!’, designed to help people understand the system and how to use it.
The first episode, which appears on the agency’s YouTube channel: Ride PSTA, features PSTA’s 2011 Driver of the Year sharing tips with riders that he hopes will help them avoid being passed by the bus – the subject of the largest number of complaints made by passengers....
