TIE's Mackay to take the chair at Lothian Buses

The chairman of Edinburgh Tram promoter, Transport Initiatives Edinburgh, has been named as the new chairman of council-owned bus operator Lothian Buses.
David Mackay will succeed Pilar Smith, who has been chairman of the operator for the last decade, in January.
