Government’s ‘generous’ HS2 compensation
The government will go beyond the minimum statutory requirements on compensation for properties blighted by the HS2 project from London to the West Midlands.
The DfT will provide 110% of the full un-blighted value of affected properties, when it is required to provide just 100%.
