The AA launches "people's audit" of potholes dangerous for cyclists

The AA is asking its members to carry out a ‘people’s audit’ of the state of the roads in their neighbourhoods focused on identifying problems which would be hazardous for cyclists.

The motoring group said that AA Streetwatch, which entails 'streetwatchers' donating an hour to assess road defects around their homes, "provides a valuable indicator of the state of local roads ahead of the ravages of winter and at a time when austerity is threatening highway...
