Green transport social enterprise launched

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is setting up a social enterprise company to deliver ‘green’ transport initiatives.

The community interest company (CIC) will be created out of the existing council-led ReCycle Centre, which refurbishes reclaimed and donated bicycles for resale to the public.
