It may not be the most earth-shattering story you have ever read in LTT, but the front page story on Welsh bus users in this issue should give readers some pause for thought. Because fare paying passengers appear to be becoming something of a dying breed in the Principality, as more and more services are occupied primarily by concessionary fare pass holders.
