Boroughs seek role in electric car plan
London Councils has urged mayor Boris Johnson to engage the boroughs in his electric vehicle plans.
Johnson launched an electric vehicle delivery plan in May that, amongst other things, pledged 25,000 charging points across the capital by 2015. But London Councils says the plan was prepared without consulting the boroughs.
