ORR outlines Network Rail's spending need to ministers
The Office of Rail Regulation this week put forward proposals that will amount to real-term cuts in public expenditure on the rail network as it set the ball rolling on the periodic review of Network Rail's revenue requirement and access charges for the period 1 April 2009 to 31 March 2014.
