Birmingham consults on HOV lane
Public consultation has begun for Birmingham's HOV (high occupancy vehicle) lane proposed for the A47 Heartlands Spine Road. Cars and light goods vehicles using the westbound HOV lane between 7am and 10am would have to be carrying at least two people. Buses, coaches, motorbikes and bicycles can use the lane at all times....
