Norfolk delays civil parking enforcement

Civil parking enforcement is unlikely to start in Norfolk until 2010, to coincide with when any new unitary government structure is implemented, councillors have been told. Mike Jackson, Norfolk's director of planning and transportation, said Norfolk had been aiming to introduce CPE in October this year but that the DfT had advised against making a CPE application until the outcome of the local government review, being conducted by the Boundary Committee (LTT?22 Feb), was known....
