'Don't rush to conclusions on casualty jump in 20mph zones'
There was a 24% increase in casualties on 20mph roadsRoad safety campaigners have acknowledged that DfT casualty figures for 2011 showed that as the total number of 20mph roads increases, so do the total number of casualties, but say this is not evidence of increased danger.
