So LTT601 was the ‘Dinosaur Edition’! I refer to the predictable outburst of Jonathan Bray and Tim Larner’s comments on criticism of their treasured bus Quality Contracts (Letters LTT 20 Jul). The climb from the primeval swamp had, of course, been foreshadowed in the previous issue by Roger Sexton’s preposterous suggestion that QCs should be introduced across the land (LTT 06 Jul). Heaven forbid.
Let us be blunt. This is nothing to do with customers, it is a naked grab...
