BAA final chance to keep Stansted
A ruling by the Royal Court of Justice has given airport operator BAA a final chance to appeal against the Competition Commission’s decision that it must sell Stansted Airport.
The judgment is the latest episode in BAA’s three-year battle to keep Stansted. BAA has already been required to sell Gatwick and Edinburgh airports.
