We can deliver transport without SEStran, say Edinburgh and Fife

Tensions between the South East Scotland transport partnership (SEStran) and its two biggest local authority members have been exposed in a review of how transport should be delivered in the region.

Edinburgh and Fife councils have made their views known in response to SEStran’s consultation on how to improve the efficiency of transport planning and delivery in the region.
