Lancs joint LTP in doubt
A plan for a joint local transport plan for Lancashire, Blackburn and Blackpool is in doubt because the political leaders of the two unitary authorities have yet to agree to the governance arrangements. Councils are supposed to have their new LTPs in place by the end of March next year.
