Boroughs attack ATOC cash demand
London Councils this week attacked the Association of Train Operating Companies for planning to increase the cost of transporting Freedom Pass holders by 25%. The proposal would see the cost to London Councils rise from £12m in 2009/10 to at least £15m in 2010/11.
