Glamorgan unimpressed by business park plans

Developers are proposing a transport levy on businesses to lessen the traffic impact of a planned new industrial park at junction 33 of the M4 motorway west of Cardiff. But a neighbouring local authority is worried that the development will still generate more traffic than the road network can handle.
