Whittaker joins Scott Wilson from HA
<b>Bryan Whittaker</b> has left the Highways Agency where he was lead modelling and economics advisor to join consultant Scott Wilson as technical director based in its Birmingham office. Whilst at the Highways Agency Whittaker was responsible for the HA's input into the DfT ten-year-plan in all aspects of modelling and appraisal. He was also part of the Eddington Team and managed the road charging feasibility study on behalf of the DfT....
