Now in its seventh year, Parking & Property is the only event dedicated to off-street parking. The conference showcases the latest thinking in the planning, funding, design, construction, upkeep and day-to-day operation of parking facilities.

This year's presentations will focus on the way technical innovation and societal trends are changing the relationship between parking, property and retail. Key themes will be: retail parking; the role of parking management in placemaking; planning for electric vehicles and automated cars; and using Big Data and Open Data.

The conference provides a forum for debate and sharing best practice among public and private sector car park owners and operators, developers, planners and companies supplying design and equipment services. The day will feature presentations by specialists in car park operation, property management, car park design, refurbishment and parking technology.

Delegates will be able to network and see the latest systems and services during social sessions held in the supporting exhibition.
