Now in its sixth year, Parking & Property is the only event dedicated to off-street parking. The conference showcases the latest thinking in the planning, funding, design, construction, upkeep and day-to-day operation of parking facilities. The day looks at best practice from both the UK and overseas.

This year's presentations will focus on the way technical innovation and societal trends are changing the relationship between parking, property and retail.

The conference provides a forum for debate and sharing best practice among public and private sector car park owners and operators, developers, planners and companies supplying design and equipment services. The day will feature presentations by specialists in car park operation, property management, car park design and refurbishment, and parking technology. Delegates will be able to network and see the latest systems and services during social sessions held in the supporting exhibition.

The programme

The day’s content is developed by Nigel Williams, managing director of Parking Matters, and Mark Moran, editor of Parking Review, in consultation with leading parking operators, property developers, architects, construction companies, retailers, technologists, consultants and professional organisations.
