At this event delegates will learn and have the opportunity to discuss the process managing a transport interchange, both maintaining high quality passenger experience and providing easy seamless transfers.

The event host, Heathrow, is one of the UK’s leading interchanges with over 70m passenger journeys annually, all of which are transferring between coach, car, bus, bike, train and air.

The accessibility and interchange facilities are a vital issue for the airport. Heathrow is not only about interchange from surface to air, but increasingly between surface to surface modes.

Due to the scale of the business, Heathrow are at the cutting edge of trailing new systems and techniques and at this conference will share lessons on providing seamless interchange with other major transport hubs, such as rail and bus stations.

This event will also look at interchanges and integrated transport best practice from hubs from around the country.
