The Department for Transport will shortly begin contacting stakeholders to hold discussions about its plans to change the
framework for buses.
Following the publication of its Putting Passengers First policy paper before Christmas (Transit December 22) the DfT will now open up a dialogue about issues emerging from its plans at working group level, through the Bus Partnership Forum. The first two working groups will look at quality contracts and punctuality.
