London Underground interim MD Richard Parry says their offer is very fair

 

London Underground today met with all trade unions for negotiations towards a revised four-year offer of 1.5% this year and RPI +0.5% in future years, with no reduction in working hours or any other changes in terms and conditions.

 

The offer also involves a commitment by all parties to set up a Forum to discuss working arrangements required for the 2012 Games.  This is LU’s recommended offer.
