There are the people who think parking should be free. And then there are people who will pay any price for a space. One such person apparently lives in the picturesque city of Bath.

A parking space in the city centre sold for £115,000 just two days after being listed online.

It is rare for such bays to come on the market. The last time a space became available in the same secure garage was about eight years ago, said property agent Whiteley Helyar.
