The International Parking Community (IPC) is seeking to run an adjudication service that decide appeals against penalty charge notices (PCNs) issued by local authorities. The IPC currently administers the Independent Appeals Service (IAS), which is an adjudication body for motorists seeking redress where a parking notice has been issued by a parking operator.
