ParkBee has been posting flyers on cars in London designed to resemble PCNs

ParkBee, a company that enables owners of private car parks to sell space to the general public, has launched in the UK. ParkBee, which was launched in the Netherlands last year, is now offering access to private parking areas in London. The company says it has locations in east, north and south London.

Drivers can pay for their parking at the sites using mobile phone services supplied by Parkmobile Group. Where access to the car park is controlled by a barrier, the Parkmobile app can activate...
