Westfield has drawn up plans to replace parts of the multi-storey car park serving its shopping centre in east London with retail units.

Proposals to expand Westfield Stratford City would see a new shopping level with space for around 75 news stores and kiosks created under the existing Marks & Spencer store.

The plans, submitted to the London Legacy Development Corporation, suggest that Level 10 of the centre’s car park would be removed, while Level 8 would undergo a change of use...
