Wrexham adopts cashless parking machines after vandalism

Vandalised pay & display machines in Wrexham are expected to have cost the North Wales council around £164,000 in lost parking revenue over the last financial year.

The parking machines were attacked over a 12-month period, with different terminals being damaged at different times.
