UK Parking Control rebuffs BBC allegations

Allegations that UK Parking Control (UKPC) pursued parking charge notices issued while the operator’s access to vehicle keeper records was temporarily suspended last year appear to be unfounded. The suggestion that UKPC may have attempted to collect charges issued during the suspension period were aired in a BBC investigation, broadcast on 13 November.
