The barrister Bryn Holloway has been named as lead adjudicator of the Independent Appeals Service (IAS), the body which listens to appeals by drivers issued with parking charge notices by private companies belonging to the Independent Parking Committee (IPC) scheme.
The lead adjudicator’s role is to oversee the independence of the service and to promote consistency amongst the adjudicators.
