NSL appoints Darren Hotchkin as head of real estates

NSL has also appointed Darren Hotchkin as its new head of estates and facilities management. This is a new role within NSL’s General Counsel and Legal team. 

Hotchkin will managing a property portfolio comprising over 200 premises. He will be overseeing cleaning contracts, rent negotiations, repair and improvements, property procurement, as well as meeting energy efficiency targets.
