TfL launches new road enforcement team on 10 key routes

A new team of road and transport enforcement officers is being deployed at 10 key traffic routes across London to tackle illegal and inconsiderate behaviour that causes congestion.

The 40-strong Transport for London (TfL) unit will help deal with problems such as illegal stopping and unloading of deliveries, which can cause delays to drivers and bus passengers. TfL says the team will grow to 80-strong by the spring.
