UK Parking Control has access to DVLA data suspended

Police fraud experts are investigating allegations that photographic evidence was altered in order to unfairly issue parking charge notices (PCNs) in a privately operated car park. The company has also had its access to DVLA vehicle keeper data suspended and is being investigated by the British Parking Association (BPA), of which it is a member.

UK Parking Control (UKPC) manages car parks at around 1,400 sites using a combination of ANPR and parking attendants.
