Solar panels on frames are being installed on the roof deck of a multi-storey car park in Exeter. The use of the carport-style structures means vehicles can still use the top deck of the Mary Arches site.

Exeter City Council has awarded the contract to local company SunGift, a specialist in solar energy solutions, following a competitive tender that attracted regional and national bidders.
