NCP’s Adrian Cobbledick wins national contact centre award

Adrian Cobbledick, NCP's head of customer contact, was named Business Improvements Manager of The Year at the UK National Contact Centre Awards in London. 

The award recognises his work setting up NCP’s purpose-built national contact centre in Manchester city centre. Staff at the contact centre support NCP’s on-site teams and mobile support officers countrywide.
