New toolkit will advise councils on writing better parking reports

The annual search for the best annual parking report produced by a local authority has reached the short listing stage. Annual reports are statements produced by local authorities which should set out their parking management policies, operations and details of their parking revenues and expenditure.

The competition, which is now in its fifth year, is run by PATROL (Parking And Traffic Regulations Outside London), a committee set up by local non-London English and Welsh authorities....
