NSL`s ROC

NSL has created a central Radio Operations Centre, known as the ROC, to manage radio communications with 1,100 civil enforcement officers (CEOs) working across 13 London boroughs. The ROC, which is housed at NSL’s headquarters in west London, replaces 13 separate radio control rooms. The company says the new facility increases call capacity and so enhances the safety, efficiency and assistance provided to both CEOs and members of the public.
