Brighton MSCP sells for over £13m

Standard Life Investments UK Shopping Centre Trust has paid CP Holdings £13.3m for the lease of the Russell Road multi-storey car park in Brighton.

The 536-space car park is next to the trust’s Churchill Square shopping centre. The car park is currently run by NCP, which has 22 years left to run on its lease.
