Canterbury City Council has rejected an adjudicator’s ruling that it had misinterpreted traffic regulation orders (TROs) for the St Lawrence area of the city. The Traffic Penalty Tribunal’s Gillian Ekins upheld an appeal due to “procedural impropriety on the part of the council”. However, the council has accused the adjudicator of referring “to the wrong regulations” in her decision.
